Once your order is confirmed, changes to your order cannot be made. Please
e-mail us or call us at 415.337.8481 as soon as possible if you like to cancel your order prior to shipment. Please take note that most orders are processed immediately and can enter the shipping process within hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled, and therefore, will be treated as a return.
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, please return the unused merchandise and receipt to the following address within 30 days from the ordered date for a store credit:

On the receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the item for. For your protection, we suggest you to send your return via Federal Express, UPS or with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Postage or courier fees for the return shipment must be prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Cheengoo reserves the right to refuse to issue credits for items not returned within 30 days receipt of your order. Please note that there is a $10 re-stocking fee for any returned or exchanged items simply because (we are a small company and) facilitating any exchange is a major pain in the butt! Customers are required to pay all shipping costs --sorry!
All store credits will expire 3 months from the issue date. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges on purchases.
Please do not purchase online but e-mail or call us at 415.337.8481 with the item you wish to purchase. Please note that the item you are exchanging for must be of equal or higher value to your credit.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that were on clearance/sale
- Gifts baskets that have been opened or used
- Merchandise returned without the original packaging
- Perishable items such as pet food/ treats
Domestic Shipping Information
Please provide us with a valid residential address that can accept shipments. Sorry, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.
For products currently in-stock, we will make every effort to ship products within 2 days of order placement. We will notify customers if items are on back order.
Our shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Our standard methods of shipping within the continental United States are UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and USPS Priority Mail, and generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

Apologies, but we do offer International Shipping.
If merchandise is in stock you can expect to receive it in 7-10 business days. Otherwise, standard delivery time can be up to 3 weeks. Items shipped directly from our vendors, back-ordered large items, or customized items may exceed standard delivery times. Please note that your entire order may arrive in separate packages.
